Which rung do we raise to? Default recommendation: Rung 3 ($1–2M) — funds the RKG moat + the TKG verification layer without forcing hardware. Operate at Rung 1 while raising it.

Health (HKG) — ratify it. Health ties the portfolio together: the keystone value, John's turf, BKG's shape, the best exit multiples. NatureMark becomes #3, the commerce wedge. Kill-switch still applies — discovery before code.
